We get a little inspirational and tamper it down with some good ol' tales of the business. Ashley is truly the definition of a Raleigh chef and our bellies couldn't be happier. It's clear to hear that being a chef is only the first layer of the onion that is Chef Christensen. We are proud and humbled to have a legend in the industry speak to these two yankees from out of town. North Carolina is better for having Ashley Christensen living with our limits.
