Sam Hess will turn you into a "cookie monster!"

Compelled to do something to help during the social unrest of June 2020 Sam decided she would use her baking talents to raise money for the Exoneration Initiative. Not only did this help the Black Lives Matter Movement but it proved to Sam that she could use her baking skills professionally. Sam figured out exactly what it would take to quit her day job and follow her passion of baking. 

This is a story of passion, inspiration and diligence. Some have said that Bites of Sam are to cookies what Ben and Jerry's is to Ice Cream.
